The REA JET SC 2.0 is an advanced 3rd generation continuous inkjet (CIJ) printing system that has been specially developed for industrial labeling and marking applications. It enables fast and precise printing of 1 to 8 line texts , data, barcodes, data matrix codes and logos in good resolution on various materials such as plastic, metal, glass and cardboard . The vertical resolution of 48 pixels means that even complex print images and codes are reproduced in good quality.

The device scores points with its user-friendly operation and low-maintenance design. Thanks to its modular design and standardized interfaces, it can be easily integrated into existing production lines. The environmentally friendly inks and the economical ink cycle reduce operating costs and protect the environment.

An outstanding feature of the REA JET SC 2.0 is its high printing speed of up to 400 m/min , which meets the requirements of modern production processes. With a printing frequency of up to 50 prints per second, the system ensures impressive efficiency. In addition, distances to the product of 70 mm and more, depending on the nozzle size, allow flexible application in the production process. In addition, the system’s inks offer a very short drying time of well under 1 second on most surfaces, which supports a smooth and fast production process.

Print Head

Flexible Print Head for Precision Marking
The REA JET SC 2.0 print head delivers crisp, high-contrast marking with a vertical resolution of 48 pixels — allowing up to eight lines of text. With hose lengths available from 3 to 6 metres, it can be easily integrated into moving assemblies for fast, bidirectional marking. The head can be positioned in any direction to suit your layout, and a choice of nozzle sizes (36μ, 55μ, or 70μ) ensures optimal results for your application. Ink and solvent can be refilled safely during operation, keeping downtime to a minimum and efficiency high.

Reliable Control with Compact Durability
The REA JET SC 2.0 controller is powered by the REA JET TITAN Platform, delivering accurate, consistent performance across a wide range of marking tasks. Housed in a compact yet rugged IP54-rated stainless steel enclosure, it’s well protected from dust and splashes, and at just 20 kg, it’s easy to install wherever needed. Designed for full OEM integration, it’s a reliable, space-saving solution for automated production environments.

Our REA JET DOD 2.0 printing system offers you the choice between two different controllers: the Universal Controller and the Universal Touch Controller. Both controllers enable intuitive operation of the printing system.

With the Universal Controller, you can operate the system using the rotary and push buttons on the control unit. This controller also has a number pad and a cursor block.

The Universal Touch Controller uses the latest technology. It is operated exclusively via the large 10.1" display. With no buttons or knobs, operation is even simpler and more intuitive. The tile-based user interface of the Universal Touch Controller even allows the coding and marking system to be precisely controlled with gloves.

The ability to connect print heads with up to 1024 nozzles to one controller gives you a high degree of flexibility and allows you to configure the printing system to suit your individual requirements.
