Text, 1D/2D codes and graphics such as company logos or product images can be freely combined. A horizontal resolution of up to 1200 dpi ensures high print quality with excellent edge sharpness directly on the product. This makes the new generation of piezo inkjet printers a cost-saving and flexible alternative to labels or pre-printed boxes . 

The colored, solvent-free inks of the REA JET GK 2.0 are particularly suitable for porous surfaces and can be easily changed during operation. The optional maintenance module ensures simple, quick cleaning with a minimum of maintenance effort and optimal availability.

Depending on the labeling requirements and installation situation, different device versions are available. Controller

Smart Control, Your Way
The REA JET GK 2.0 system gives you the flexibility to choose between two intuitive controllers. The Universal Controller combines rotary dials, a ten-key pad and a cursor block, supporting up to two print heads with a total print height of 200 mm. For a more modern touch, the Universal Touch Controller features a large 10.1″ touchscreen with a glove-compatible, tile-based interface. It supports up to four print heads for print heights up to 400 mm — ideal for larger-scale marking applications.

Our REA JET DOD 2.0 printing system offers you the choice between two different controllers: the Universal Controller and the Universal Touch Controller. Both controllers enable intuitive operation of the printing system.

With the Universal Controller, you can operate the system using the rotary and push buttons on the control unit. This controller also has a number pad and a cursor block.

The Universal Touch Controller uses the latest technology. It is operated exclusively via the large 10.1" display. With no buttons or knobs, operation is even simpler and more intuitive. The tile-based user interface of the Universal Touch Controller even allows the coding and marking system to be precisely controlled with gloves.

The ability to connect print heads with up to 1024 nozzles to one controller gives you a high degree of flexibility and allows you to configure the printing system to suit your individual requirements.
