TITAN platform as an operating concept

The REA JET ST 2.0 marking system is the ideal solution when products need to be marked with paints and varnishes that are easy to read from a distance . To produce very large, easily readable alphanumeric markings, several marking heads are combined to form a marking block . This innovative technology enables information such as material names, batch numbers, 2D codes and logos to be marked at a writing height of 40 mm up to an impressive 700 mm, as well as the application of primers and process fluids over large areas .

Especially in the aluminum and steel industries, the processing of glow-resistant colors and hot-marking colors is an important requirement that the REA JET marking system reliably meets. This advanced system can be used to automatically produce large fonts – a perfect alternative to conventional stencil technology and marking pens.

The marking blocks are controlled via the REA JET TITAN platform , REA’s uniform and cross-technology operating concept. This intuitive platform makes it possible to efficiently manage and control various marking technologies.
