REA VeriMax
2D-Matrixcodes verification systems
The REA VeriMax is a verification system for 1D Barcodes and 2D-Matrix-Codes especially designed for fully integrated installation in production lines. Thanks to its two operating modes, the REA VeriMax can be used individually in the production line according to the requirements: Either for manual random sample inspection or as an inline verification system.

The REA VeriMax is a verifier specifically designed for seamless integration into production lines and verifies both 1D barcodes and 2D matrix codes . Thanks to its two operating modes, it can be flexibly adapted to the specific requirements of the production line: It can either be used for manual spot checks or deployed as an inline verifier .
The more complex the codes, the more demanding the task for an inline code tester. With the REA VeriMax, up to five complex codes per second can be reliably checked inline. If the codes are simplified in their complexity, the verification rate of the REA VeriMax per second also increases.
Thanks to its small dimensions and software programmed individually by the machine manufacturer, the REA VeriMax can be installed in any system. The appropriate interfaces and software for evaluating your codes come from REA.
The measurement of optical codes while maintaining defined angles, distances and illumination enables accurate and reproducible measurement results and quality assessments according to ISO / IEC standards.
In addition to fully integrated installation in production lines, the REA VeriMax can also be mounted on a tripod as a stand-alone testing device.
