The REA LABEL PLU pallet labeller is a highly flexible and versatile system that plays an indispensable role in modern logistics and production environments. This innovative labelling system offers a wide range of options for efficiently and accurately marking pallets while meeting comprehensive industrial requirements.

The REA LABEL PLU pallet labeller enables various labelling options tailored to different needs and regulations. It offers single-sided labelling in the conveying directionon the long side of the pallet, double-sided labelling according to GS1 standards on the long and short sides, and three-sided labelling on the short, long and backside. These versatile options ensure that labels are always clearly visible and accessible, regardless of the storage or transport configuration of the pallets.

The system can optionally be equipped with a pneumatic or servomotor-controlled height and side adjustment, which allows it to be adapted to different positions and formats up to A4.

For quality assurance and traceability, the REA LABEL PLU can be equipped with integrated camera and scanner systems that enable the presence of labels to be checked and codes to be read during the labelling process. This is particularly important in industries with high quality requirements and strict traceability standards.

The pallet continuous labeller can label both at standstill and in transit , making it particularly flexible and adaptable. Robust enclosures made of aluminum or stainless steel and sturdy mechanics with optional cooling and heating allow the device to be used even under extreme conditions. Can be used in the deep-freeze range with additional enclosure down to -28° degrees.

Intuitive operation and modern interfaces allow the system to be seamlessly integrated into existing production and logistics chains. The system is Industry 4.0-compliant and offers a flexible data connection to higher-level ERP systems, which enables smooth data exchange and efficient process control. The flexible control via the REA LABEL Micro processor or Siemens S7 machine control rounds off the pallet labeller’s comprehensive profile.
