The REA LABEL DS print and apply system is an impressive solution for the direct and fully automatic printing and application of labels in a single operation. With its suitability for individual workflows and its flexible configuration capability, it covers a wide range of industrial needs. The label print dispenser isprepared to accept standard industrial print modules from Novexx, CAB, Sato and Zebra, making it a versatile solution for different printing requirements.

An outstanding feature of the REA LABEL DS label print dispenser is its flexible control option. Users can choose between the REA LABEL Micro processor or Siemens S7 machine control, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into existing production infrastructures. This flexibility is complemented by the ability to integrate camera and scanner systems, which contributes to quality assurance and traceability.

Flexibility is also reflected in the device’s operating options. Operators can choose between a standard input terminal, a touch display or the machine control (HMI) to operate the print and apply system. These options facilitate handling and ensure a user-friendly experience, regardless of the requirements of the production facility.

The Print & Apply system also features the use of REA standard or customized pneumatic and high-speed servo applicators. These can be optimally adapted to the needs of each production line using various standard application methods, such as rewinding (roll or brush), blowing or pressing on labels.
